Katsushi Yasoda has worked in the fishing business for 35 years. He currently works at seafood producer Kikuchi Suisan at Tokyo's Ota Market. He believes the seafood industry will never fully recover from the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. For example, he says, the price of scallops rose dramatically after the tsunami as production -- and domestic consumption -- fell.
